  • Maintenance Crew member

    A summary of the responsibilities are: loading and unloading equipment & material from trucks following established safety guidelines; perform mowing, weeding, watering, mulching, pruning, edging, leaf removal, and any other task assigned by the supervisor. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical/labor intensive work. Requirements for this position: No experience required! We are willing to train individuals that have a willingness to learn! Ability to carry/lift 75 pounds over a 10-12 hour shift.

  • Crew members

    We are currently seeking Landscape Crew members to start the first week of March! The Crew Laborer has many challenging and interesting roles to fill. This position is responsible for performing all of the day to day work that provides quality service to our clients. A typical day during the growing season may include mowing, weeding, pruning, trimming, and other maintenance work which needs done on a weekly basis. Other varied types of projects come along depending on client needs. Outside of the growing season, we perform leaf removal services, winter clean-up of sites, and apply mulch. Each day is a new challenge as you work together with your team to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Landscape experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person for the role.

  • Field Operations Manager

    The Maintenance Field Manager has the primary responsibility of executing maintenance services for an assigned client base in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters. This role will be working very closely with the Crew members and Supervisors to ensure that they are trained properly and completing daily tasks in a safe manner. The Field Manager will be communicating with the Account Managers, Sales team, and field operations staffs to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of service. Requirements: Associate’s degree in Horticulture or related field preferred and/or a combination of education/experience. 2 years of satisfactory maintenance supervisory experience is required.

    Account Manager

    The Maintenance Account Manager has the primary responsibility of building a strong relationship with existing customers; this position will be the main point of contact for our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for quality control, renewals, enhancements, irrigation, lighting and plant healthcare sales for a designated geographical area. Execute high quality maintenance services in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters. This role will be working very closely with the field operations, estimating, and sales teams. This position will report to the Branch Manager. Requirements: Must have 2 years of landscape account management experience or related field. Associate’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field or a combination of education/experience is preferred.

  • Branch Manager

    The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the branch. Key responsibilities of the position are: To deliver high quality landscape services and to perform the services safely, effectively develop people and guide their careers, and efficiently execute all contracted work. The Branch Manager is responsible for meeting all financial goals and for achieving acceptable renewal and client satisfaction marks. With direct supervision of multiple Property Managers and a Branch Administrator, the Branch Manager has the responsibility to hire, train, lead and inspire the entire branch. Using their skills in project/time management, decision making, applied technology, business accounting, horticulture/landscaping and equipment, with managing a fleet of company vehicles. The Branch Manager is empowered to operate and grow the branch within their designated market. Requirements: 2 or 4 year degree in Business or a related field of Horticulture or minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Certified Landscape Technician and Certified Professional Horticulturist; Certified Landscape Professional designation preferred.

    Hardscape Supervisor

    The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great customer service skills, and positive attitude. This individual will be the front-line leader in the performance and delivery of high quality landscape material and installation services provided by the company. The Landscape Hardscape Installation supervisor will lead and supervise the crew members in accordance with safety regulations, quality assurance, and contract specifications. Requirements for this position: High School diploma required. No experience required, but must be able to read and interpret landscape blue prints, Valid driver's license with clean driving record, Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

    Installation Crew Members

    We are currently seeking Landscape Installation Crew members. The main responsibilities are: preparing soil for installation (digging holes, placing plant material properly in the holes), planting all plant material, pouring concrete, and installing patios. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical work, able to lift/carry 70+ pounds often. Some experience in hardscapes maintenance is highly preferred, but willing to train.

    We are currently seeking Maintenance Supervisors. Some responsibilities for this position include: equipment management, client relations, job coordination & management, and plan reading. Must be proficient in safely operating all landscape maintenance equipment and tools. The ideal candidate must have a willingness to learn and have good communication and organizational skills.

    Requirements for this position: 1-2years of landscape related experience and/or related knowledge. Associate's Degree in Horticulture or similar field or a combination of education/experience. The candidate must be fluent and literate in English and have basic computer skills. Valid state driver’s license, clean driving record and company insurance approval is required.

    Assistant Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

    We are currently seeking Assistant Supervisors. The ideal candidate must have a willingness to learn and have good communication and organizational skills. This position will be assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with leading a crew of 4-5 people. A typical day during the growing season may include mowing, weeding, spraying, pruning, trimming, and other various forms of maintenance.
    Requirements for this position: No experience required! We are willing to train! Some Horticulture knowledge is a plus! The candidate must be fluent and literate in English and have basic computer knowledge. Valid state driver’s license, clean driving record and company insurance approval is required.
