  • Landscape Supervisor

    We are currently seeking Supervisors. Some responsibilities for this position include: equipment management, client relations, job coordination & management, and plan reading. Must be able to manage a crew and operate heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the landscape industry with strong horticulture knowledge. 3 years supervisory experience preferred, but we are willing to train a less experienced candidate with the right attitude. The candidate must be fluent and literate in English and have basic computer skills. Valid state driver’s license, clean driving record and company insurance approval is required.

    Landscape Crew Person

    We are currently seeking landscape crew members. The Crew Laborer has many challenging and interesting roles to fill. This position is responsible for performing all of the day to day work that provides quality service to our clients. A typical day during the growing season may include mowing, weeding, pruning, trimming, and other maintenance work which needs done on a weekly basis. Other varied types of projects come along depending on client needs. Outside of the growing season, we perform leaf removal services, winter clean-up of sites, and apply mulch. Each day is a new challenge as you work together with your team to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Landscape experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person for the role.

    Irrigation Technician

    We are currently seeking an Irrigation Service Technician. Minimum one-year irrigation experience required. 2 or 3 year degree in Horticulture or related field preferred. General knowledge of landscape industry and irrigation practices required. Duties include service and maintenance of both residential and commercial irrigation systems. Valid state driver’s license, clean driving record and company insurance approval is required.

    U.S. Citizen Landscape Crew Persons

    We are currently seeking US Citizen landscape crew members. The Crew Laborer has many challenging and interesting roles to fill. This position is responsible for performing all of the day to day work that provides quality service to our clients. A typical day during the growing season may include mowing, weeding, pruning, trimming, and other maintenance work which needs done on a weekly basis.   • Branch Manager

    We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager in our Linthicum Heights office. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the branch. Key responsibilities of the position are: delivery of high-quality landscape services performed safely, effectively develop people and guide their careers, and efficiently execute all contracted work. The Branch Manager is responsible for meeting all financial goals and for achieving acceptable renewal and client satisfaction marks. With direct supervision of multiple Property Managers and a Branch Administrator, the Branch Manager has the responsibility to hire, train, lead and inspire the entire branch team. Using their skills in project/time management, decision making, applied technology, business accounting, horticulture/landscaping and equipment, including managing a fleet of company vehicles the Branch Manager is empowered to operate and grow the branch within their designated market. Experience and education requirements are: 2 or 4-year degree in Business or a related field of Horticulture or minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Certified Landscape Technician and Certified Professional Horticulturist designation; Certified Landscape Professional designation preferred. General exposure and awareness of Spanish language and culture. Clean driving record. Proven knowledge of, or former training in horticulture, marketing, finance and personnel management. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. The Coordinator supports each branch with responsibility for timely and accurate production of interview coordination for candidates, and pre-employment transaction processing for new hires. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruiting cycle from initial vacancy requests to offer letter preparation. This position will also assist with new hire orientation. Experience and Education requirements are: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. A minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a role in HR with recruiting responsibilities. Experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred. Some travel required.
