Maryland:
Property Manager
Chapel Valley is currently seeking candidates to fill a position of a Property Manager, managing jobs in Western Howard County, Rockville, Gaithersburg and Mclean. This position has a mix of residential and commercial jobs. We are looking for someone that is very organized, customer service driven, a self-starter and up to the challenge. Needs to be able to schedule crews, control job costs and hrs, be proactive with the customers and meet yearly enhancement and renewal sales goals. We are looking for someone that is a team player and will do what they need to do to benefit the entire team and help the branch meet and exceed the overall Branch goals. Has to have the attributes to consistently produce quality work and exceed customer expectations as well as having the ability to train supervisors and crewmembers in proper horticultural practices while doing it in a safe and productive manner.
Northern Virginia:
Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
Chapel Valley is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor for our Sterling office. Individual must have 1-2 years of experience in the landscape industry with strong horticulture knowledge. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, able to manage 2-3 men crew and operate large and small maintenance equipment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Landscape Installation Supervisor
Chapel Valley is looking for a Landscape Installation Supervisor for our Sterling office. Individual must have 1-2 years of experience in the landscape industry with strong horticulture knowledge. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, able to manage 2-3 men crew and operate large and small maintenance equipment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Alexandria, Virginia:
Residential Sales Executive
Chapel Valley Landscape is seeking for a professional sales person with a proven track record for its commercial landscape maintenance business. Position will report out of Alexandria VA and service DC, Arlington, Alexandria and down I-95. Minimum 5 years documented successful sales experience surpassing annual sales goals. B.S. degree in Sales or Business required. Experience in Horticulture or Landscape Design a plus, but not necessary. Must be a self starter with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Plant Health Care Specialist
Chapel Valley is looking to fill the Plant Health Care Specialist position out of our Alexandria office. Candidates must be able to identify pest infestations and plant diseases and have a strong horticulture knowledge. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working with Plant Health Care and have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Supervisory experience a plus in the pest management field and pesticide applicator license is preferred. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as with a team and have good communication skills both verbal and written.
