Our pre-construction services include design evaluation, budgeting and value engineering, plant availability assessment, irrigation design and review, long-term maintenance analysis, site evaluation, and risk management consultation. When construction is completed, we schedule regular follow-up through the warranty period.
Outdoor illumination (lighting) has become increasingly popular and a wonderful enhancement to the landscape. The systems have also become more sophisticated and more difficult to service. With the multitude of lighting options, including lamp posts, security systems, motion detection, spotlights and design lighting, the challenge of properly maintaining a lighting systems has grown. To service this need, Chapel Valley provides an annual lighting maintenance program designed to lessen the burden on the homeowner. Services include assessing client needs and bulb lists, changing all bulbs annually including those hard to reach second floor spotlights.
