On Thursday, January 14th, Chapel Valley held its 2016 Annual Meeting at the Marriott in Greenbelt, Maryland. On the heels of a successful year in 2015, our teams came together to discuss how we can build upon our commitment to safety, quality, and the customer experience. For nearly 50 years, Chapel Valley’s success has been strengthened by listening to and learning from our customers and how our teams’ daily interactions with them help produce unparalleled results. This year was no different as over 180 team members met to review, discuss, and brainstorm ideas that have continued to separate Chapel Valley as an industry leader from Baltimore to Atlanta.
In addition to focusing on our core qualities, we continued to build on how to better interact with our customers through technology, training and continued improvement. Those team members that meet with our valued clients daily, are able to provide input and insights that we can incorporate throughout the company.
As we value our customers’ loyalty and partnership, we extend the same to our vendors and suppliers as they continue to help provide us with quality products, services and pricing, which we are able to share with our customers. This year, we invited our sponsors to do more than simply share their product and service lines to our teams. Instead, in the spirit of building a quality service partner for every one of our customers, we invited our sponsors to attend our meeting to hear firsthand how we learned from yesterday, how we are making a difference today, and our plans for tomorrow.
