Brian Hoffmann
Vice President of Construction
Brian Hoffman began his career with Chapel Valley as an intern in 1991 and joined the company full-time in 1993 as a Commercial Supervisor. Over the past 32 years, he has held multiple leadership roles across Maryland and Virginia, including launching and managing the Sterling, Virginia residential construction branch before ultimately overseeing all construction operations across both states.
As Vice President of Construction, Brian leads construction activities across branches with a focus on quality, schedule performance, safety, and operational consistency. He is deeply committed to developing high-performing teams, mentoring field and project leaders, and enhancing the client experience from pre-construction through closeout. His steady, results-driven leadership has shaped the excellence of Chapel Valley’s construction operations and continues to drive the division forward.
Brian is a graduate of Penn State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Contracting. Originally from Pittsburgh, he moved to Maryland in 1993 and currently resides in Frederick with his daughter, Camryn.
