Dwayne Parris
Strategic Account Executive
Dwayne joined Chapel Valley in 1986, bringing more than 35 years of industry experience. Throughout his tenure, he has been involved in nearly every aspect of the company—from supervisory roles to account management and ultimately serving as the Branch Leader of our Woodbine location, where he oversaw landscape maintenance operations, safety, customer satisfaction, and customer retention for our Maryland properties.
In his role as a Strategic Account Executive, Dwayne partners with Chapel Valley’s largest clients as their single point of contact. He ensures expectations are not only met but exceeded, identifies opportunities for enhancements, and supports long-term planning through capital improvement budget assistance. His depth of operational expertise and long-standing client relationships make him a trusted advisor across our most complex portfolios.
Dwayne is a Certified Landscape Technician, Certified Professional Horticulturist, and holds a certification for Snow and Ice Management with the Accredited Snow Contractors Association.
He resides in Eldersburg, Maryland with his wife and has two sons—one who served in the United States Navy for five years and another who recently graduated from Florida State University. Dwayne spent 15 years coaching youth baseball and serving on the Sykesville baseball board of directors. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, traveling, and riding ATVs.
