    STAFF accountant/payroll specialist

    This position will report directly to the Corporate Controller and be responsible for a variety of tasks within the accounting department – including, processing the multi-state company payroll on a weekly basis, performing monthly bank reconciliations and preparing general ledger journal entries as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • A.A. Degree in Finance or Accounting – equivalent experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
    • 2+ years of experience in processing multi-state payroll
    • Working knowledge & understanding of GAAP
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills – high level of proficiency using Excel a must
    • Experience with Sage CRE software a plus
    • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
    • Must be able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines

  • LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is the front-line leader in the performance and delivery of high quality commercial and residential landscape maintenance, plant healthcare and irrigation services provided by the Company. The Maintenance Supervisor performs, supervises and coordinates activities of assistant supervisors and crew members in accordance with contract specifications within given budgeted parameters, in a professional manner, with safety of the team, clients and the public in mind.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Experience

    High School diploma, degree in related field preferred

    Special Skills and Licensure

    • ·Ability to read and interpret landscape blue prints
    • ·Ability to read and understand maintenance contracts
    • ·Valid, current Class C license
    • ·CLT recommended within 3 years of assuming the position
    • ·CPH recommended
    • ·OSHA 10 required
    • ·General irrigation and IPM knowledge required
