  • Landscape Crew members

    A summary of the responsibilities are: loading and unloading equipment & material from trucks following established safety guidelines; perform mowing, weeding, watering, mulching, pruning, edging, leaf removal, and any other task assigned by the supervisor. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical/labor intensive work.

    Requirements for this position: No experience required! We are willing to train individuals that have a willingness to learn!  Ability to carry/lift 75 pounds over a 10-12 hour shift.

    Maintenance Supervisor

    The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in leading Maintenance Crew members. This position is responsible for leading a 4-5 person team in the completion various daily tasks which can change throughout the seasons. A typical day during the growing season may include mowing, weeding, spraying, pruning, trimming, and other various forms of maintenance.

    Requirements for this position: Must have at least 2 years of supervisory landscape maintenance experience Associate's Degree in Horticulture or similar field or a combination of education/experience. A valid driver's license with a clean record and you will be asked to provide a copy of your record prior to being hired.  Most importantly, you must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, ability to train others and believe in leading others by example.

  • Maintenance Supervisor- IPM/Turf Applications

    This position is responsible for leading a 4-5 person team in the completion various daily tasks, including IPM and Turf applications. To build a highly motivated team of quality oriented individuals who are able to achieve personal goals and work in an efficient, safe, and productive manner. Positive and successful client interaction is a key component to this role. With your team, please ensure you and your team are creating a positive Company image with clients, employees, and the general public.
    Requirements for this position: Able to lift and carry 50 pounds over the course of an 8–10 hours day. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. DOT card required.  Pesticides Applicator license preferred, but not required. Individual must be able to obtain within their first 90 days of employment.  Excellent communication skills. Ability to train and develop teammates.

  • Irrigation Technician

    The Irrigation Technician performs a variety of tasks in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of irrigation equipment, irrigation systems and small pumps; as well as performing other related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be providing accurate landscape job estimates to our Sales team in a timely manner. This position requires regular physical labor, outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Maintenance tasks to be performed by the Irrigation Technician includes replacing and repairing valves, installing timers and clocks, locating existing irrigation zones and lines, repairing pumps, and "winterizing" equipment . While completing the daily tasks of irrigation, this individual will continuously improve and promote a positive company image with clients, employees, subcontractors, and the general public.

    Requirements for this position: High School diploma/GED is required.  2 or 4 year college degree in Horticulture or related field preferred.  Minimum of one year experience with irrigation and/or installation is required.  Valid driver's license with a clean record is required.  Must be able to effectively communicate and problem solve.

    Seasonal Yard Manager

    The main responsibility of this position will be to keep the yard organized and maintained. The ideal candidate will unload deliveries that arrive (ice melts, mulch, flowers, etc.) and organize these items in the yard. Keeping an accurate record of invoices and physical inventory are key components to this position. The maintenance of the yard will create a positive company image with employees, clients, suppliers, and the general public.

    Requirements for this position: Must be able to operate Skid-Steers!  No experience in horticulture is required, we are willing to train! Having a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn is important! Must be able to obtain a DOT license upon hire!  Excellent time management skills.

  • Gardener

    The Gardener has the primary responsibility of cultivating and growing plants, flowers, and lawns. A summary of the duties for this position are: manage and control weeds, mechanically and chemically, cutting and trimming shrubs and low trees to shape, planting color, and other grounds maintenance of commercial or residential properties. The ideal candidate must be very organized, self-motivated, and possess exceptional time management skills.

    Requirements for this position: High school diploma or GED is required.  2 years of landscape maintenance is required! Register Spray Technician license is required or needs to be obtained within 30 days of being hired.  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.


    Maintenance crew members

    A summary of the responsibilities are: loading and unloading equipment & material from trucks following established safety guidelines; perform mowing, weeding, watering, mulching, pruning, edging, leaf removal, and any other task assigned by the supervisor. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical/labor intensive work.

    Requirements for this position: Some landscaping experience is highly preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right individuals!  Ability to carry/lift 75 pounds over a 10-12 hour shift.  Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus, not required!

    Maintenace Field Manager

    The Maintenance Field Manager has the primary responsibility of executing maintenance services for an assigned client base in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters. This role will be working very closely with the Crew members and Supervisors to ensure that they are trained properly and completing daily tasks in a safe manner. The Field Manager will be communicating with the Account Managers, Sales team, and field operations staffs to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of service.

    Requirements for this position: 2-year college degree in horticulture or related field and/or combination of experience and education, 2 years of satisfactory maintenance supervisory experience, general irrigation and IPM knowledge.   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, general estimating and budgeting system knowledge, excellent time management and organizational skills, bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.

You must have experience managing crew members!  A valid driver's license with a clean record and you will be asked to provide a copy of your record prior to being hired.  Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working outdoors in various types of weather.

  • Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

    This position will be assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with leading a crew of 4-5 people. Client interaction and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with solving client problems will be very important for this role. The ideal candidate must have a willingness to learn and have good communication and organizational skills.  Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in training new crew members following job descriptions and training checklist.  Safety is our #1 priority! Ensuring that each employee is wearing their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) upholding the commitment to quality while working on the job sites.

    Requirements for this position: At least 1 year of landscape maintenance and/or related field experience.  Excellent communication skills.  Ability to train and develop teammates.  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
