Vice President of Human Resources 

Tammy Fisher joined Chapel Valley in 2015 and has played an integral role in shaping the company’s culture and people strategy for the past decade. With more than 20 years of human resources experience across international business risk consulting, higher education, and the life insurance industry, she brings a broad and strategic perspective to her leadership.

Tammy previously served as Director of Human Resources, where she strengthened talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2025 and now leads all aspects of Chapel Valley’s people strategy, including growth, engagement, leadership development, and the continued advancement of a strong and supportive workplace culture. She also serves as a key advisor to President Lucas Castor, aligning people and business strategies to support Chapel Valley’s long-term success.

Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She resides in Myersville, Maryland with her husband and two children.
