Account Manager – $2,500 Sign-on Bonus
Alexandria, VA, and Sterling, VA

The $2,500 sign-on bonus will be paid at 90 days of employment as long as the employee is in good standing and has remained in the Account Manager role.

Chapel Valley Landscape is currently hiring for a Maintenance Account Manager at our Alexandria and Sterling, VA branches. The Account Manager has the primary responsibility of building a strong relationship with existing customers, quality control, renewals, enhancements, irrigation, lighting, and plant healthcare sales for a designated geographical area. Execute high-quality maintenance services in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Account Manager include:

  • Main client contact for all landscape maintenance services
  • Business Development (enhancements, irrigation, lighting, and plant healthcare)
  • Job site and cost management

Experience and Education

  • 2-year college degree in horticulture or related field and/or combination of experience and education.
  • At least 1 year of satisfactory maintenance supervisory experience.
  • General irrigation and IPM knowledge

Special Skills and Licensure

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • General estimating and budgeting system knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Field Manager – $2,500 Sign-on Bonus
Alexandria, VA

The $2,500 sign-on bonus will be paid at 90 days of employment as long as the employee is in good standing and has remained in the Field Manager role.

The Maintenance Field Manager has the primary responsibility of executing maintenance services for an assigned client base in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters. This role will be working very closely with the Crew members and Supervisors to ensure that they are trained properly and completing daily tasks in a safe manner. The Field Manager will be communicating with the Account Managers, Sales team, and field operations staffs to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of service.

Experience and Education

  • Field or Account Management experience a plus
  • 2-year college degree in horticulture preferred and/or a combination of education/experience.
  • Must have at least 6 months-1 year of satisfactory landscape maintenance supervisory experience.

Special Skills and Licensure

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to train and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred, but not required

Field Team Positions

Field team positions are available at all of our branch locations. No experience is necessary.
